Arrival tracking
Know who actually turned up
Views and clicks don't mean anyone left the house. With the tinymap app on iPhone or Android, the phone notices when it reaches your place, counts the visit and can put your offer on the lock screen. At the counter, staff-accepted offers are the second signal.
- 01Visitor opens your link in the app
- 02Their phone reaches your place
- 03The visit is counted and credited
Automatic, with the app
Arrival is detected by the tinymap app's geofence. It only counts people who have the app — the number is a floor, never inflated.
Two independent signals
Arrivals from the app, and walk-ins from staff-accepted offers. A visit counts on whichever happens.
Credited to the source
Arrivals through a creator's or agent's link are counted under that handle.
Arrival tracking: questions
- How does tinymap know someone arrived?
- The tinymap phone app detects when the phone reaches the place. On the web, a staff-accepted offer is the proof of a visit instead.
- Does arrival tracking work without the app?
- No. Automatic arrival needs the iPhone or Android app; without it, visits are counted when staff accept an offer.

Offers & coupons
Put an offer on your place page. Customers show a code at the counter, staff accept it with a 4-digit PIN, and each walk-in is counted and credited.
